18-year-old shot and killed in Northeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – An teenager was shot and killed on Saturday night in Northeast, D.C. Detectives from the Metro Police Department are investigating the murder, but at this time have released few details of the incident.

At 8:24, police were dispatched to the 1300 Block of Adams Street. There, they located 18-year-old Ronald Porter of Washington, D.C. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Porter was taken to a nearby hospital. He did not survive the injuries. Police have not released any information regarding suspects or motives in this shooting.
