D.C. Police seeking to identify wanted carjacker

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department First District detectives are asking for help identifying a carjacking suspect. At around 7:39 on Wednesday morning, the suspect approached a victim on the 1300 Block of Half Street in Southwest, D.C., and demanded the keys to their vehicle. The victim complied, and the suspect left the scene in the victim’s car.

A surveillance camera caught the suspects on camera. This incident remains under investigation. If you have any information, please take no action but call the police at 202-727-9099.
