Woman shot multiple times Friday night in Mount Washington section of Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, PA – On Friday night, a woman was shot multiple times on the 70 block of Wyoming Street in the Mount Washington neighborhood of Pittsburgh. According to police, around 10 p.m., officers responded to are you home on Wyoming Street, where they found a single female victim with multiple gunshot wounds.

Police applied a tourniquet and provided the woman with basic Medical Services until EMS units arrived on the scene. She was taken to the hospital, where she is listed in stable condition.

At approximately 10:00 p.m. on September 30, Zone 3 officers responded to a residence in the 70 block of Wyoming Street in the Mount Washington neighborhood.

Pittsburgh Police Officers took two people into custody. Their identities were not released. At this time, no formal charges have been announced.
