Police investigating carjacking in Ellicott City

Ellicott City, MD- the Howard County Police Department has reported that two women were carjacked while returning their vehicle along North Ridge Road in Ellicott City on Monday. According to the victims, they were approached by two male subjects who displayed firearms and forced them out of their vehicle.

The suspects then left the two women on the side of the road and fled in their 2020 white Toyota Camry.

Police said the suspects were identified as two black males, one tall with a thin build and a second shorter one wearing a gray jacket.

The two female victims were visibly shaken, but were not injured in the incident.
