Teen reported missing in Montgomery County

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kennedy Isom, a missing 14-year-old from Silver Spring.  

Isom was last seen in the 1100 block of East-West Highway on Thursday, October 6, 2022,  at approximately 5:30 p.m. 

Isom is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark gray leggings and black Crocs.  

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.     

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kennedy Isom is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at (240) 773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.
