GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Gloucester Township Police Department has arrested Kyle Boyce, 34, Glendora, after he was involved in a road-rage incident where he pointed a handgun at another driver.

According to police, on Sunday around 10:34 a.m., officers responded to a 911 call reporting erratic driving in the area of Blackwood Clementon Road and Peters Lane.

The victim told 911 dispatch that the driver in the incident rolled down his window and pointed a chrome-plated handgun at him. He was able to provide responding officers with the suspect’s license plate number.

Investigators use that license plate to identify Boyce as the suspect.

Police obtained a search warrant and searched his vehicle, where they located a silver 38 Special revolver with a black handle, loaded with three rounds, in the glove compartment.

He was charged with possession of a weapon, unlawful purpose of a weapon, aggravated assault and multiple other firearms charges.
