The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Tahjir Rojas. He was seen on Thursday, October 20, 2022, 8:00 PM., on the 60xx block of N. Norwood St.
He is 5’ 9”, 135 Lbs., thin build, medium to light complected, brown hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing a white T shirt, black Nike sweatpants, and orange, black and white Nike sneakers.
