D.C. Police Investigating Murder of 14-Year-Old On Halloween Night

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A 14-year-old was shot to death in Southeast, D.C. on Halloween night. This incident happened on the 2600 Block of Birney Place.

The Washington D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating this homicide. At 8:39 on Halloween night, the Seventh District Detectives responded to a call of the sound of gunshots. When police arrived, they found the juvenile suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. 14-year-old Antione Manning of DC was brought to a nearby hospital. He did not survive.
