Alleged drug dealer charged with rape, solicitation of minor

BALTIMORE COUNTY – A man who was charged with distributing drugs in Baltimore County has been arrested by the Baltimore County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit for even more serious charges.

Evan Martin, 34, was arrested and charged with second degree rape, sexual solicitation of a minor, drug distribution and other charges.

Police did not reveal the nature of the assault due to the age of the victim. Martin is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
