$20,000 lottery scratch off sold in Parma

PARMA, OH – A $20,000 scratch off ticket was sold at M&J Beverage and Deli on Broadview Road in Parma this week. The winner, Todd Wasil, bought the ticket for $2.

After taxes, the winner will receive $14,400 after taxes. Todd beat the 1 in 400,000 odds on the $2 Explosion Cashword ticket.
