PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 30-year-old Missing Person Carmen Davis. She was last seen on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 10:00 A.M., on the 3XX block of North 53rd Street.
She is 5′ 1″, 120 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.
