D.C. Metro police searching for armed robbery suspects

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives with the D.C. Metro Police Department are searching for two men suspected in an armed robbery of a business in the 3200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

According to police, detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating suspects in reference to an Armed Robbery (Gun) of an Establishment offense that occurred on Tuesday, in the 3200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast.

“At approximately 7:39 pm, the suspects approached two employees at the listed location. The suspects brandished handguns and demanded property. The employees complied. The suspects then fled the scene,” the D.C. Metro Police Department said.

No injuries were reported during the robbery. The suspects remain at large.
