Police report missing 14-year-old girl from Silver Spring

SILVER SPRING, MD – A missing 14-year-old from Silver Spring is being sought by investigators from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID).   

At approximately 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, Catherine Madrid Flores was last seen in the 100 block of Colony Road.

She is approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. Catherine has long black hair with red highlights and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers. 

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
