Man wanted for fatal hit-and-run crash that killed 78-year-old woman in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is searching for Jovan Lowe, who is a fugitive wanted for a fatal hit and run killing of a 78-year-old city woman.

Now, the PPD is asking the public to assist in locating Lowe.

“The Crash Investigation Division is requesting the assistance of the public in locating Jovan Lowe who is wanted for a Fatal Hit and Run of a 78-year-old female,” the department said today. “An arrest Warrant has been issued for Jovan. He was operating a stolen vehicle in a reckless manner fleeing from police that were in the area and crashed into the victim’s vehicle causing fatal injuries.”

Lowe, 18, is described as a black male, 5′ 10″ tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown eyes, and black hair with braids.
