According to the Buffalo Police Department, 15-year-old Carmello Combs is described as a black male, approximately 6′, 150 lbs., with brown eyes, burgundy dreads, last seen wearing black pants, a black jacket with a hood, and Jordan sneakers.
Last seen in the area of Poultney Avenue in the City of Buffalo. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
