NYPD says multiple appliance thefts across Brooklyn related

NEW YORK, NY – Detectives with the NYPD’s 83rd Precinct are investigating a rash of appliance robberies in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn are connected.

Between December 23 and January 8th, thieves stole refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers from locations in the areas of Cover Street, Jefferson Avenue and Putnam Avenue.

Police released photos a suspect wanted for those robberies.

All of the thefts were from residential buildings. Anyone with information in regard to these incidents is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
