NYC Firefighter facing DWI charge in the Bronx

New York City firefighter Jose Valdez, 37, has been arrested by officers from the 45th Precinct.

In addition to being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage, and refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test, Valdez was also charged with driving while impaired by alcohol.

Diaz was arrested at around 9:45 pm on Friday in the Bronx.
