Carjackers Pepper Spray Victim In D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department detectives are asking for help identifying the suspects involved in an attempted carjacking that took place on February 10th in Northwest, D.C.

The suspects approached the victim who was sitting in a vehicle. This was on the 1300 block of 14th Street shortly before 2 p.m. The suspects ordered the victim to exit the vehicle. An individual from the suspect’s group pepper sprayed the victim when they exited the vehicle. Following the incident, the suspects fled the scene without retrieving the vehicle.
