Woman reported missing in Newark

NEWARK, NJ – Police in Newark are searching for a woman who has been missing for nearly two weeks.

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé seeks the public’s help in locating Sade Colwell, 18, of Newark, who was reported missing on Sunday, February 5, 2023.

Ms. Colwell returned home on February 15, 2023, but has been missing again since that date. She is described as 5’9” tall and 120 pounds, with reddish-auburn hair, and brown eyes.

Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Sade Colwell to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
