Man Shot Multiple Times In D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened late yesterday afternoon in Northeast, D.C. Police are asking for help identifying a suspect involved in the shooting.

Just after 5:30 pm, police arrived at the 1500 Block of Benning Road to investigate a report of a shooting. At the location police found an adult man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was brought to a nearby hospital. His injuries appear to be non-life-threatening. The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
