17-year-Old Injured in Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened last night in Northeast Baltimore.

Just after 11 pm, police arrived at a local hospital to investigate the report of a walk-in shooting victim. Officers found a 17-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Based on an initial investigation, the victim was shot while riding his dirt bike in the area of North Calhoun Street. Due to the lack of a crime scene, district detectives are investigating this incident.
