30-Year-Old Man Shot Multiple Times Dead In D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A 30-year-old man was shot multiple times and killed Saturday evening in Southwest, D.C. The Washington D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating the shooting.

Shortly before 9 pm, police arrived at the 1500 block of First Street to investigate a report of a shooting. When they arrived, police found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.

30-year-old Kevin Sharp, of D.C., was identified as the victim.
