Nigeria’s Tinubu declared president-elect by electoral commission

LAGOS (Reuters) – Nigeria’s ruling party candidate Bola Tinubu was on Wednesday declared winner of a disputed weekend presidential election by the electoral commission after defeating two of his closest rivals.
