Powerball ticket

NEW YORK, NY – A winning Powerball ticket worth $100,000 was sold this week at Gardenia Deli located at 404 8th Avenue in Manhattan. According to the New York Lottery, the ticket was purchased for the March 1st drawing.

“The winning ticket has four matching numbers and the Powerball. The prize-winning ticket was purchased at the Gardenia Deli at 404 8th Avenue in Manhattan,” the NY Lottery said in a statement today. “The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on February 13 are: 2-9-28-36-53 and the Powerball is 4.”

The Power Play multiplier for Wednesday’s drawing is 2, which means the third place prize – not including the jackpot – was doubled to $100,000. The Power Play feature is an additional $1 extra per game.

If you bought your ticket at the deli, you should double check your ticket to see if you are a winner.
