PHILADELPHIA, PA – A lucky lottery player has won the $3,000,000 Snow Bank scratch-off ticket grand prize. According to lottery officials, Sunny Cigarette on Sackett Street will also receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The after-tax winnings take is estimated to be $2.2 million. $842,000 will go toward taxes.

Scratch-Offs are distributed at random, meaning the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers do not know where winning tickets will be sold. The Lottery learns where winning tickets are sold only after a prize has been claimed.

All lottery prizes more than $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding.
