Two women robbed by armed gunmen in Glenelg

GLENELG, MD – Police responded to te report of an armed robbery in the 14800 block of Triadelphia Road Friday night in Glenelg.

According to police, at around 8:52 pm, two adult female victims reported that they were approached by two male suspects with their faces partially covered who displayed a handgun, assaulted them, and stole various items including cash and jewelry, before fleeing with a third male suspect.

The women did not report any serious injuries.

In another incident on Friday night in Elkridge, two Baltimore teens, ages 16 and 13 were arrested after smashing windows at Vapor Tek and Bubble Auto on Washington Boulevard. The two teens entered the businesses and fled. They were captured a short time later by police.

The previous night, Tobacco King on Baltimore National Pike in nearby Elkridge was robbed in the same manner. Howard County Police did not say if the robberies appeared to be related.
