Million dollar scratch-off ticket sold in Bellefontaine

BELLEFONTAINE, OH –  The Ohio Lottery announced that a million scratch-off ticket was sold recently in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

According to the Lottery Commission, Phillip Pulfer of Bellefontaine won the $1,000,000 top prize on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Millions. Pulfer chose the $500,000 cash option.

After federal and state taxes, Pulfer will receive $360,000.

The ticket was sold at Shrish Stores, located at 1504 South Main St in Bellefontaine.
