Delaware State Police Investigate Threat to Brandywine High School

WILMINGTON, DE – Delaware State Police are currently investigating a social media threat directed at Brandywine High School, located at 1400 Foulk Road in Wilmington. Yesterday, at approximately 6:59 a.m., authorities were notified of the post, in which an unknown suspect threatened to fire shots on school grounds.

Troopers promptly responded to ensure the safety of students and staff. Although no intelligence indicates the threat’s credibility, the public is reminded to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity by calling 911.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Criminal Investigations Unit continues to investigate the incident, urging anyone with information to contact Corporal M.
