NEW YORK CITY, NY – Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark and NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell announced yesterday that six men were indicted on various charges, including Enterprise Corruption, Sex Trafficking of a Child, and Promoting Prostitution.

The accused include three alleged pimps and three employees of the 7 Days Hotel in the Bronx. Two of the alleged pimps also face Rape charges.

The 7 Days Hotel is accused of serving as a brothel and profiting from the human trafficking of girls and young women. One 16-year-old girl had an estimated 100 “dates” at the hotel in a year.

The investigation revealed that the co-conspirators trafficked approximately 16 girls and young women, with seven being underage.

The hotel employees, including the manager, front desk clerk, and security guard, are accused of facilitating prostitution by accepting cash tips, failing to check identification, and not posting a Human Trafficking victims’ hotline number as required by New York State Law.
