19-year-old shot and killed in Harlem identified by police

New York, NY – The New York City Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a male shot near the intersection of Madison Avenue and East 132 Street in the 25th precinct on Saturday, at approximately 4:41 pm.

Upon arrival, the police found a 19-year-old male, identified as Jaylen Duncan, lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to his head. The victim was quickly transported to Harlem Hospital but was later pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and the police investigation remains ongoing.
