NYPD searching for man who threw rock at police vehicle

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man involved in a criminal mischief incident in the 77 Precinct. On Thursday, at 4:41 pm, the unidentified individual reportedly threw a rock through the windshield of an unoccupied parked NYPD vehicle in front of 223 Utica Avenue before fleeing on foot.

The suspect is described as an adult male, approximately 5’8″ tall, last seen wearing a black hat, black jacket, cargo pants, and red sneakers.
