Police investigating violent assault and robbery in Brooklyn

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in an armed robbery within the 75 Precinct. On Thursday, at around 6:20 pm, a 25-year-old male victim was standing next to his parked vehicle at 19 Bradford Street when two unidentified males approached him from behind, displaying a firearm. The suspects punched the victim in the face and forcibly removed his iPhone, AirPods, car keys, wallet, and jacket before fleeing on foot towards Arlington Avenue.

The victim sustained minor injuries but did not require medical attention. The first suspect is described as a male with medium complexion, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black face mask, and white sneakers. The second suspect is described as a male with light to medium complexion, last seen wearing a black jacket, white shirt, black face mask, and white sneakers. Anyone with information is urged to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline.
