Columbia Man Charged with Making Terroristic Threats in Heated Dispute

COLUMBIA, PA – On March 25th, 2023, at approximately 10:05 pm, Daivid Rodriguez, 38, of Columbia, PA, allegedly made terroristic threats towards another person during a heated dispute in the 100 block of South Fourth Street in Columbia.

The victim claimed that Rodriguez threatened them with violence, causing them to fear for their safety.

An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department was called to the scene, where they conducted an investigation and interviewed witnesses.

Based on the information gathered, the officer filed charges against Rodriguez, who is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. A court date has been set for Rodriguez to face the charges.
