Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Train on Scull Street

LEBANON, PA – Yesterday, Lebanon City Police received a distress call regarding a pedestrian struck by a Norfolk Southern train at the 800 block of Scull St. Upon arrival, officers discovered a deceased female who had been hit by the train.

The preliminary investigation indicates that the victim was standing on the tracks when she was struck by the passing train in the 800 block of Scull St. Authorities are still working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident, and the identity of the victim has not yet been released.

The Lebanon City Police Department is urging anyone with additional information or who may have witnessed the incident to contact them immediately. This information will aid in the ongoing investigation and help determine if any further action is necessary.
