Thieves Target Seaport Museum in Philadelphia, Police Seek Public’s Help

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Central Detective Division is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals involved in a burglary at the Seaport Museum. On Friday 2023, at around 4:40 am, the suspects entered the museum located at 211 South Christopher Columbus Boulevard by breaking a window.

Once inside, they stole a welder and various tools from a storage room. They then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Authorities have released video footage of the suspects on The Philadelphia Police YouTube Channel and the Philly Police website. The police urge anyone with information about the suspects or the incident to contact 911 immediately.
