19-year-old shot and killed on East 132nd Street

NEW YORK, NY – 19-year-old Jaylen Duncan was fatally shot near Madison Avenue and East 132nd Street in the 25th Precinct. At 4:41 PM, police responded to a 911 call and found Duncan with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to Harlem Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

The NYPD has investigated the incident, seeking witnesses and gathering evidence to identify the shooter.

As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.

The motive behind the shooting is still unclear, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward and to notify the NYPD.
