Surveillance Camera Captures Carjacking Suspect

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Carjacking Task Force of the Metropolitan Police Department is asking for help identifying suspects involved in an Armed Carjacking on March 17th at the 1000 block of 48th Street in Northeast D.C.

According to reports, just after 1:30 pm, the suspects robbed the victim at gunpoint while stepping out of their car. The perpetrators took the victim’s belongings and car keys before escaping the crime scene in the stolen vehicle.
