Teen Shot And Killed In D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Metro Police Department’s Homicide Branch is investigating a homicide early yesterday morning in Northwest, D.C.

Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of V Street shortly before 3 am to investigate a shooting report. Upon arrival, officers discovered a young male gunshot victim inside a residence. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

16-year-old Mylaki Young of D.C. was identified as the victim.
