Juvenile Hospitalized After Shooting in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE, VA – A juvenile was hospitalized on Saturday evening following a shooting on the 2000 block of Linster Street. Chesapeake police received a call at 6:39 p.m. about the incident and promptly responded to the scene.

The boy, whose age has not been released, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting and have not released any information regarding potential suspects or motives. Community members are encouraged to contact the Chesapeake Police Department with any relevant information.

No suspects were identified. No arrests have been made.
