Montgomery County Police Ask for Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing 13-Year-Old

Gaithersburg, MD – The Montgomery County Department of Police’s Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) has issued a plea to the public to assist in locating Allison Flores, a 13-year-old who has been reported missing from Laurel.

According to detectives, Flores was last seen on April 19, 2023, at approximately 7:15 a.m. in the 330 block of Talbot Avenue. She is described as 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. It is unclear what clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.

Police are concerned for Flores’ welfare and believe she may be traveling with another missing teen, Erica Sofia Mejia. The authorities have urged anyone with information regarding Flores’ whereabouts or who may have seen her recently to come forward and report it to the police.

The Montgomery County Police Department has provided two numbers for the public to call and share any information that may be helpful in locating Flores. The non-emergency police number is (301) 279-8000, which operates on a 24-hour line, or the Special Victim
