Police searching for fugitive wanted for violation of release

DERRY TOWNSHIP, PA – The Derry Township Police Department and the Pennsylvania State Department of Probation & Parole are actively seeking information on the whereabouts of Derek Timothy Wagner. Wagner’s last known address was 2928 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown, but he may currently be in the Lewistown, Mifflin County area.

Wagner is wanted on charges of Aggravated Assault (F1), Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $4,000 for any information that leads to Wagner’s apprehension. Anyone with knowledge of Wagner’s location is urged to submit a tip by calling 717.534.2202 or using the online tip submission form, with all tips being treated as confidential.
