York Police Investigating Robbery at Traditions Bank

YORK, PA – On Monday, police officers were dispatched to Traditions Bank at 2170 White Street in response to a robbery that had just occurred.

The suspect, described as a light-skinned African American or Hispanic female, approximately 5’3″ and 200 pounds, entered the bank and handed a handwritten note to the teller demanding money. No weapons were displayed, and no threats involving weapons were made.

Surveillance footage and witness statements are being used to help identify the suspect, who fled the scene on foot after obtaining an undisclosed amount of money. The West Manchester Township Police Department urges anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect to come forward and assist with the ongoing investigation.
