Keansburg Man Arrested for DWI and Active Warrant Following Manasquan Circle Crash

MANASQUAN CIRCLE, NJ – On Thursday, April 13, at 7pm, a 54-year-old Keansburg man was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and an active arrest warrant following a motor vehicle accident at the Manasquan Circle. Police and first aid responders arrived at the scene to provide assistance and found the driver exhibiting signs of intoxication.

The man’s arrest for DWI was compounded by the discovery of an active warrant for his arrest on unrelated charges.

Following his processing, the suspect was released in accordance with John’s Law, a New Jersey statute that provides certain rights and protections to DWI arrestees.

The man is scheduled to appear in court at a future date

The driver’s name was not released by police.
