Missing 7-year-old boy returned home safely in NYC

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department has issued an alert for a missing child in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn today.

UPDATE: NYPD has reported the boy has been returned home safely.

Detectives investigating the incident said 7-year-old [name redacted] left his Eastern Parkway home last night at around 10:30 pm and has not been seen since.

He is described as being approximately 4’11” tall, with a dark complexion, medium build and short, black hair. He was last seen wearing a black bomber jacket with gray fur around neck, a blue & white hooded shirt, black & gray Nike tech sweatpants and black & white sneakers.
