Hanover Man Arrested for Open Lewdness and Public Drunkenness

HANOVER, PA – A Hanover man, identified as Black, was arrested yesterday and charged with open lewdness and public drunkenness following an incident in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.

Police responded to reports of inappropriate behavior and found Black engaging in activities that warranted the charges.

Black was taken into custody without incident and later turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.
