Two Juveniles Arrested in Glen Burnie Stolen Auto Incident

GLEN BURNIE, MD – On Friday, officers responded to a report of subjects attempting to steal a vehicle in the 7800 block of Tall Pines Court in Glen Burnie.

The complainant witnessed three individuals breaking into a black Kia Sportage and climbing inside. When officers arrived, the suspects had fled, but the vehicle was soon located near Crain Highway and Crainmont Drive.

The suspects attempted to evade officers but crashed into a curb, disabling the vehicle. Two of the three suspects, 14-year-old females from Glen Burnie and Baltimore, were apprehended and charged accordingly. The remaining suspect, described as a black juvenile female, is still at large.

Anne Arundel County Police are urging anyone with information to contact Eastern District detectives or the Police Tip Line.
