26year-old shot in Paterson, police investigating

PATERSON, NJ – Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In-Charge Major Frederick P. Fife announced an ongoing investigation into a non-fatal shooting.

On Sunday, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a 26-year-old male Paterson resident sustained a gunshot wound near Presidential Boulevard and Temple Street. The victim reported the incident to the police from University Hospital in Newark.

The investigation remains active, and more information will be released as it becomes available.
