Armed robbery suspect assaults victim in Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE, MD – On Saturday, at approximately 9:45 p.m., a male suspect, accompanied by a female, approached a man seated in his vehicle in the area of Oakwood Road and Mary Lane in Glen Burnie.

The suspect confronted the victim, lifting his blue hooded sweatshirt to expose the grip of a handgun. He then proceeded to go through the victim’s pockets and punched him in the head with a closed fist.

The suspects left the scene, driving off in a blue Toyota sedan toward Maryland Route 100.
