MERRICK, NY – Beloved New England-based restaurant Riko’s Thin Crust Pizza has announced the grand opening of its latest location in Merrick, New York, on April 25.
The Long Island location will be open from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM on Mondays through Thursdays, 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM on Fridays, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays, and 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Sundays. Customers can order pick-up or delivery online through Riko’s website, as well as through Doordash and Uber Eats.
The restaurant, which features seating for up to 100 guests, serves its renowned crispy, thin-crust pizza, oven-baked wings, fresh salads, and its iconic Hot Oil Pizza.
Desserts, such as Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie and Lemon Marscapone Cake, and signature cocktails will also be available in the restaurant’s robust bar area.
