TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Toms River Regional School District has submitted requests for proposals for refreshing drinks within the district.
The district is seeking a proposal to ‘furnish and deliver bottled spring water’ to the district. Another RFP is seeking to award a contract for the sale and delivery of beverage products to the district-operated Cafe-17 on Hooper Avenue in Toms River.
